Which parameter I have to keep constant while deploying contract ?

Same eoa,same nonce

But transaction failed 😞

That have nothing to do with getting same address

I tried without editing nonce

Then it deployed

As I change nonce on bsc testnet it’s failed

Soo there is something related to nonce

What do you mean "editing nonce"?

You cannot use a nonce which is lower than current nonce of the account

Also, even if its a future nonce, all transactions between that nonce and current nonce must be executed before reaching the set nonce

I use new account for that

Example I add a account on metamask nonce started with 0 so I deployed with nonce 0 then again I have to set nonce 0 or I have to do the other contract deployment with nonce 1 ?

Nonce is unique per chain. If you make a tx on ethereum on a fresh account, your nonce will be increased to 1, but it will be 0 on all other evm chains

If you deploy a contract with nonce 15 and you want the same contract address on another chain, you do 14 tx + deploy, address will be the same

By doing tx.
You set the nonce on the account, not the contract.
The combination of account + nonce creates the contract address
