Also, I have another question: Is it profitable to develop an arbitrage bot on the Ethereum Mainnet?

Arbitrage bots profitability depends on the algo/strategy you make.
It's not easy, you will need to change and improve it over time.
If you're new in the field, simply forgot about arbitrage for now OR, reserve ~3months to study

be careful on the internet as lot of scams are done by ""selling"" arbitrage bots
