To be an hardcore dev you need to do something each day, at least 4hours per day, for years.
If you don't know what to do, study something new and start writing things

I have some kind of issue, when I can't solve a problem it haunts me and it takes me 2 or 3 hours to be able to stop thinking about it. This forces me to get better but I dont think I'm fast

All these people wanting to be dev for the money will either give up or be mediocre if they don't enjoy it
