Hey , guys  i have some technical questions regarding erc3643

Where and how  do the onchain id for token is used
I read the white paper for erc3643 but the onchain id for token didn't give me a full clarity because the onchain id of the token is not used anywhere in the code , can anyone answer this 🙂
