Sell token, nft, trying to have “liquid” assets when user want to sell their nft. Vault will send the money 80% and nft will be relisted for sale on contract

That can be part of it I think.

User deposits token, and gets shares representing partial ownership of whatever the vault owns.

User burns shares to withdraw what their vault shares are worth.
