Hey guys, wanted a help. I am from non-coder person, and wanted to built a e-voting website for school where the principal can share resolution and student with there email id can vote using our website.

And result will be available in excel or pdf to principal. Is it possible to build it using wordpress. Please provide your thoughts. Thanks in advance.
