Well, in any case, there aren't really many ways to do it. If you were to make users withdraw tokens, there would be many options. But there aren't many different ways on how to push assets (tokens?) to wallets, unless the token contract itself includes some weird stuff

i think its better he makes a claim token contract rather then sending token, he could deploy a multisender to avoid thirdparty fees but would be still expensive on eth chain
well acutally some multisender allow's to cast 100 or more address in a tx. so considering are 600 address maybe actually noy be that expensive
