Hey, I appreciate your concern about my understanding on fees and taxes regarding tokens.
However, I must correct you; I am not confused, but rather quite well-informed about fees matters and the difference between the two topics.
In fact, my extensive research on the two topics has led me to ask in this chat group since there were no interesting results on google concerning taxes over tokens on Uniswap.
Matter of fact i want to make clear in this reply that i (Dragon, myself, I, the solidity developer, the project owner, the CEO, the founder, the marketing guy, the tax payer, the AI engineer) am not the first guy you interacted with, in no professional, unprofessionally, unhetical, ethical or any other communication way.

no again, I said You're confused that i said anything to you

You’re trolling at this point, 0 solutions provided and only talking without a fact to check
Apr 29, 2023, 11:53 AM
yes you can call it that
Apr 29, 2023, 11:53 AM
You forgot the omnipotent lord of the dragons
Being the vulnerability not so straightforward I'm actually glad I didn't formalize that with a formal PoC as I already wasted time to understand how the protocol works/ the vulnerability on it/the assets at risk and how to mitigate that, and that ended up with a "thanks", I would have got the same exact result with the PoC
If the "CEO" is an idiot you can't do anything about it, after I explained all he went with a "I was aware of the bug, I had some busy weeks and was waiting for some time to fix it and once fixed those I was going to add the protocol on immunefi"

depends on what hat you wear
1) white hat - give them the solution, ask for payment, if it doesn't come you're a white hat
2) grey hat - show a PoC, ask for payment, if they don't pay you could exploit and ask again
3) black hat - steal everything and delete your tg account/ignore them

it also depends on the vulnerability, if it was another situation I'd have whitehacked it to keep funds safe, since if I was able to do it others would be able to too
Apr 29, 2023, 12:08 PM
which hat does the stealing without informing?
Apr 29, 2023, 12:08 PM
3 of course
Apr 29, 2023, 12:08 PM
blackhat doesn't show a POC... that'd be dumb...

Yellow hat: "deploying more capital, steady lads 💪"
Apr 29, 2023, 12:09 PM
yeah you're right
Apr 29, 2023, 12:09 PM
if you see funds at immediate risk that you can take take them and then reach oout to the protocol
Apr 29, 2023, 12:10 PM
this is dangerous nowdays, due to mev
Apr 29, 2023, 12:10 PM
and if u immediately get arrested
Apr 29, 2023, 12:10 PM
yes, but that's the only way
Apr 29, 2023, 12:10 PM
safemoon exploiter has been frontrunned
imagine waking up with 9m$$ only because you coded a mev frontrun bot, then get 20% as "white hacker" tip
Apr 29, 2023, 12:11 PM
yeah I'm implying "taking all the precautions of the case"
Apr 29, 2023, 12:11 PM
even if the Safemoon hack was an insider job, for sure
the upgrade was just too stupid to be an error
Apr 29, 2023, 12:11 PM
also the trust_90 case with sifu for the sushiswap vulnerbility, the whitehat didn't take mev into consideration and caused a mess
I think you overestimate the brains behind safemoon, it wouldn't surprise me if that wasn't an inside job
it doesn't work like that, look at a few white hat exploits
