Hello guyz, i see base fee is too high like 35 gwei, 50 gwei like that...

I have doubt on this,

Let say current BASE FEE is 50 gwei

And i set in my Trust wallet MAX FEE like 20 gwei (lower than Current BASE FEE) and sent transaction for the borrow transaction in compound..

will the transaction get failed immediately due to lower Gas fee i set than CURRENT BASE FEE..

OR the transaction will wait in pending queue till the BASE FEE is below the MAX FEE i set when i initially sending the transaction??

Pls tell me guyz...
