I am wondering if there is a way to auto route a token that has an available LP on Uniswap to be tradeable against a custom token.

For example
Token A - Custom Token
Token B - ETH
Token C - usdt or USDC

If LP is added using Token A and Token C. It wont be tradeable using Token B which is a native token and it is available in Token C lp.

My question is, is there an instance or function in UniV2 that enables Token A to be traded across all pairs that has Token B in their LP
