Hey general dev question, I am currently trying to verify content on a website, the issue is that its hard to assign any values or codes to the website so noone can simply copy them and put them on their own website, any thoughts/ideas on that are welcome.

SO I am working on a browserextension that its supposed to read data from a website a verify it onchain. The issue is that anybody can put any content on a website, but I want to enable websites to have some sort hidden or encrypted data they forward to the extensions, that lets me verify with my onchain data

only the website admin / privileged users can put content on a website.
and why do u wanna verify that data?

Yeah Ik, they are supposed to be my customers, so thats not the issue, cause there is way too much fake/copied content etc on many websites
