How to make a transaction from a wallet that has zero balance to a contract that "wants" to pay the miner (in that function/transaction) with another wallet's balance (with enough WPEG balance) that approved WPEG (WBNB) for that contract and the spent gas is being transfered and withdrawn from the WPEG (WBNB) contract/token ?
