I'm making a bot that interacts with my smart contract to play games... I have been testing but am at the point where I need a second user to test with. But Telegram only lets me make one account... does anyone know a good way to create a second Telegram user without having to get a new phone?

You can use a second account in the same client. You just need a different phone number

Just buy a prepaid sim card and use its number

Or if your government made that needlessly complicated and time-intensive, as is the case where i live, just ask someone like your parents who don't use telegram for permission to use their number and get them to send you telegram's confirmation code
