Interface Issue

i have a Token contract and a Vault contract. im trying to be able to call functions of the token contract from the vault. im having trouble getting it to work properly. the token works fine when i use functions directly from the token contract... so i know its my coding in the vault. i have never done an interface to a token from "scratch" so i know messed something up.
