hello frens, do anyone know any good documentation or tutorial for hyperledger besu ?

to sum up , permissioned blockchains that may or may not save the final state on ethereum , for companies that may want to use a public blockchain for some reason while having their own private permissioned/consortium blockchain for wathever they need (supply chain, identity...)
so i'm checking implementations of hyperledger (besu and fabrik), r3 korda, substrate... to see what they are doing and how they are doing it
for example big companies on the same sector need to keep a track of what each of them is doing and to have transparency on some things that are needed for wathever reason
a more specific example would be a blockchain maintained by different companies that doesn´t really trust each other but need to work together. or for other reasons like traceability, so each node on the commercial chain would post the data to the network and everyone could audit that everything is like should be
enterprise blockchain is a a big and different world from public blockchain
