you can deploy that contract on testnet, but you need to change the addresses, because they're different between mainnet and testnet

If you got an error on deploy, it's something in the constructor

there is only one address in your constructor

changing only it, will break the contract later

so if you changed all the addresses, you've replaced the router 24E (mainnet) with one of the testnet routers, good.
On your constructor, total supply is assigned directly into the mapping.
Without an emit, bscscan doesn't activate the tracker.
Just do a transfer and it will update
