When a transaction is submitted on ethereum, how long does it take a pending transaction to spread across global tx pool of nodes on the network? As a range assuming closer nodes get updated faster, are we talking 10ms-100ms? 100ms-1sec? 1sec+? Don’t need exact figure but trying to understand what general latency is for pending tx’s

Depends on the latency of node you used to broadcast the tx to the connected pool

How is latency of the node determined? Is this configurable with a service like infura, or by bumping up resources on a self-run node?
