literally no one does blockchain stuff in C
Jun 19, 2022, 12:16 PM
Pls Can I send you a dm so you'd guide me?
Jun 19, 2022, 12:17 PM
ok
Jun 19, 2022, 12:18 PM
go to google and type in "learn node.js"
Jun 19, 2022, 12:22 PM
Can't send a dm until we add each other, can you try sending t me first please
So I don't need to learn C and C++?
Jun 19, 2022, 12:26 PM
no
Jun 19, 2022, 12:27 PM
i just dm'ed you

no idea what gave you the impression that blockchain contracts are written in C, did you even do any research?
To learn any language or use it properly will be impossible without knowing how to use Google and find out things yourself.

Alright thanks
Lol
I did my research, most articles say c/c++, solidity and JavaScript are needed for Blockchain dev
Jun 19, 2022, 12:47 PM
well solidity would be the most important for most things, and then js
Jun 19, 2022, 12:52 PM
Alright
Thanks man
Jun 19, 2022, 12:54 PM
Solidity in case that you stay in ETH
Jun 19, 2022, 12:55 PM
yeah
but xander bearing in mind mama is a total newbie, why make things more complicated
Jun 19, 2022, 12:55 PM
I am
Jun 19, 2022, 12:56 PM
True, true
Jun 19, 2022, 12:56 PM
most people seem to expect a few hours of reading makes them a programmer who can launch the next billion dollar blockchain
so always best to start simple and let them grow into coding rather than set false expectations
Jun 19, 2022, 1:00 PM
I'm ready to grow, not take it too fast
Jun 19, 2022, 1:04 PM
id probably start with nodejs tutorials before getting into solidity
Jun 19, 2022, 1:05 PM
Have you got where I can get materials on node.js please?
Jun 19, 2022, 1:06 PM
just use google.
there is no need to be hand held to use google; its not like youre the first person wanting to know about node; millions of people have looked into it :)
you dont need advice from me, jose or elon musk
and node is EXTREMELY useful.
Jun 19, 2022, 1:09 PM
Thanks man
Yeah!!

I am currently working (as always) but as an example; node powers my companies API, it runs and builds the website(s) and it also generated all the NFT for the first collection, its very handy.
Jun 19, 2022, 1:12 PM
Wow
It's quite important
Jun 19, 2022, 1:15 PM
you can write bots with it, chat servers, connect to databases etc
Jun 19, 2022, 1:16 PM
It's really cool
Jun 19, 2022, 1:33 PM
and once it used to be a simple improvement to html pages 😆
Jun 19, 2022, 2:36 PM

Jun 19, 2022, 2:38 PM
