I suppose if they added bsc testnet they want to bring it to mainnet but I have no news about it, I just casually discovered that bsc testnet is now supported just finding it on the list, never seen a statement about that addition too

any idea what it may cost me to transfer a single nft to myself in a contract, if they are already minted and no chainlink does rng, it literally just adds a map of id to my address... will this be singles, tens or hundreds of usd per transfer?
i have 50 nft to transfer, so it mounts up :)
i can do them all slow, speed isnt an issue

To estimate the cost of some tasks, you can write down a script on hardhat and sum the total gas spent (you can extract it from tx.wait() response).
It won't be 100% accurate but it will give you a good idea on the mainnet cost

i use the hardhat gas estimate plugin for this, was more looking for a general range of typing cost if that makes sense
as ill add in the gas-estimator later as i used it on the coin contract

Using someone else as "escrow" just shifts the possibility of being scammed by the client/developer to the possibility of being scammed by the "escrow"
And the escrow also would want to get a slack of your payment just for doing nothing
