decimals are only for precision, you can do like

14.5 + 14.5 = 28 in solidity
14500 + 14500 = 29000 / 1000 = 29

I wish there was a group like this one but you'd have to pass a test before joining to show that you know the absolute basics of solidity, to eliminate most of the very low iq scammers
