Can you please suggest if it’s possible to do this and what’s the idea of implementation?

Fees related to transactions and smart contract execution are handled in two ways: 50% of the spent fees are burned automatically (coded) ; 50% of the spent fees go to the on chain treasury

I’m basically not sure how to get transactions fees inside the contract and those fees by 2 directions: burning and treasury
