Can anyone solve my cross chain liquidity problem? Liquidity on both chain getting imbalanced when tokens are moved from one chain to another... Token price are variable but initially it was 1:1 on both the chains... Tell me how to balance liquidity!!?

You can't do anything about that, to bring them to the same price the solution is arbitrage, buy on a chain sell on the other
Either you do it or someone else could
