Could anyone, please, enlighten me on how the Solidity job market is?
I tried scrolling through positions on several crypto job lists and it seems like most of companies want a full stack developer.

It's as if no one hires junior specialists.
How do you get job experience then? Create your own dApp and work for oneself as a way to get the initial experience?

I swear, I am passionate, but I am kind of lost as to where do you start off as a beginner specialist.

I am not asking for a quick pass by any means, just want to know what's the consensus.
