Foundry is quite nice but not as mature as hardhat/truffle yet, currently they are focusing a lot on improving the testing experience (with good results) and being able to write tests in solidity is a pro to me, but idk why but my tests run way too slow on it (they blame the rpc provider since I'm forking mainnet)
Deploying is possible with foundry but not as comfortable as truffle/hardhat with migration scripts yet
