i am making decentralized messaging app where user message store in blockchain but i am thinking of creating a app once a user received a message from device to blockchain and bc to receiver device i want the blockchain to delete that success message once receiver receive message

is directly sending message is possible from sender to receiver but the problem is when receiver is offline what will happen thats need to use blockchain or own server
am i right or is there any solution for that ?

Sure but you've got peering issues to contend with.
Just encrypt your messages and it doesn't matter if it stays on chain.
