Can you give an advise how become Solidity developer fast way? What course, book, video channel or other? Me and my friends ~20 years old wanna start education from the beginning in group of ~5 person

buy a book , get in a paid course
Maybe 3 months full time is enough to start working

Read around 100 different contract and do trail and errors, learn Java script first so u know the basics
