Hi everyone, I have some questions for the clever developers in the group!

1) Is it possible to use an oracle service to pass data from an external website to a smart contract? Which service is best for this?

2) What's the best way to update a smart contract with new features? e.g. contract A has 2 functions, you want to add a new function without deploying new tokens.
