Hie Devs,
I have been facing a solc-select & solc version related issue on my mac since a few days (can be seen in the image attached):

a. The current solc-version is 0.8.10 on my system.
b. I use solc-select to change it to 0.6.12
c. solc-select shows that version has been switched to 0.6.12
d. However, the actual solc version on the mac machine still shows 0.8.10

I am unable to switch solc version and its stuck at 0.8.10. HOW do I resolve this?

I have been looking all over the internet but didn’t find any effective answers on the net. Thought this is the best place to ask.
Would really appreciate any help. Thanks
