Needed a help.

I am using ILendingPool interface of Aave to deposit DAI to aave and get back aDai to the same contract that I executing the deposit function.
And it works fine.

I wanted to know how exactly to redeem the underlying DAI for the aDai that I have currently in the contract? Using the same ILendingPool interface.

Really appreciate any help.
