Ok I’m realizing the person has to send ether to the address on their own in order for the address map to recognize their balance. However is there anyway for the contract itself to come up with an amount for the person to send ether to the contract itself and send that ether to another address?

Balance[] mapping is only going to recognize the ether that’s in the contract mapped to the owner right? Not the ether that is in the original address outside of the smart contract
