I have problem in my contract function.
I want return array of struct from function(), but I always get '0' from function() (then I compile to CSharp code use VSCode - extension)

maybe the for-loop never runs because criminals=0 and its < not <=

Before i call this func(), i creating new Crimer and added,
> criminals return more then 0
> criminals return more then 0
