So just an advice to all solidity devs, in other not to get scammed again , what u should do from hence forth is to develop and verify on testnet give the client the address to test if he is good he pays before getting the code. The scam is becoming too much and frustrating.

And the site will have some bunch of list of kyc verified developer and in order of their rating the person who want to hire can just chat in the site with the developer

About the requirements and the person who wants to hire have to deposit the budget in the site so that he/she cannot run after getting the code

The money can be released to dev by the client or if the client runs away it will be released by the support team

So 100% safe
