Hi all, I'm a bit of a noob, and certainly not a developer but, I have a question with respect to ARF and Reflective feature of Solidity 6.. I understand that with this feature, tokens can be distributed to holders without tx, and as well, tokens can be burned, or even taken from users with a tx.. Is this correct?
