Hi everyone, I made an ERC20 transfer which failed, here is the transaction on etherscan:

The curious thing is that in the "To" field it specifies a new contract, together with an error. What does this mean?

It's not a contract it's an eoa

The strange thing is the "To" field in the failed transaction. It says "Contract created" but this was an ERC20 transfer, how could it have created a contract?

I've been here for a while and this is weird =/
