Hi,

I have a fork of munch with some changes in the code on version 06.12

While everything it was supposed to be working:

1. I have been following transactions and the charity fee only applies at selling


Then
1. Yesterday sellers started to not be able to sell (some could yet, but not all people). I think also there is a limitation in code with 5M minimum.

2. Dissabling the function swapenabled, all started to be able to sell

3. After apply point 2, taxes and charity are not applying to anyone ( the fees are inside function swap so is normal)

4. Some people say that this kind of issue is normal in 06.12

5. Also maybe can be that if network is congested, the issue can come from not enough gas for the coins going to charity.

Anyone has experience with this issue?
