Does anyone know if there is ways to automate a swap like this:

Smart Contract Token A is on ethereum blockchain:

Reduce swap rate = 100X
X amount of wallets = Banned (due to known scammers)

Automate swap to Binancechain and still have all users havnig the same holdings as now just X100 reduced as the total supply is reduced
