I am student and I tried to build EHR (Electronic Health Record )web application for my graduation project , but I don't know what the best networks should I used ?? Ethereum or Hyperlidger fabric?? Please help me to understand what the best for my project and why?🥺🥺

Either a private Ethereum network or Hyperledger. You can't use the public Ethereum due to high transaction costs, probably

It depends on you. For example this solution uses ethereum. In the future, transaction costs should decrease.
