At least Epirus and Blockscout offer some. I tried cloud Epirus once, it was ok

Of course if you use ganache, it has its own gui

I use a modified version of ganache (aragon devchain), and it seems i cant run ganache UI on top of it

Etherparty is easy to use, especially if you run multiple chains in the same machine
