Can someone explain to me what's up with the pricing nowadays on crypto projects? during the bear market and even now I can see basic tokens not costing more than 100$ to create. I see programmers who aren't paid half what these crypto projects are willing to pay.

I know someone who works at IBM and he isn't paid 160k a year

I have a friend who has friends. They invest in tokens and maybe even coins. They just sent her 1K just because. I am preparing to ask my friend to ask her friends for funding to roll out my own coin. Probs, this is a better option? Coz you don't have to deal with pricing.
