no :( that's what made things difficult for me. I couldn't get truffle working properly on this laptop (my wife's... I killed my primary laptop, my old gaming rig, and my backup laptop since new years...) and it's a total pain to use inheritances in remix compared to truffle at least.

That or my brain broke part way through...

btw, does anyone know of an existing token contract that mints a secondary token? IE using token A creates token B? I know it's possible, pretty sure it's a contract within a contract... I'd like to see something that's functional before I get started. (essentially I'm considering building a rewards system for using token A, without having the issues of devaluation that comes with similar ideas, such as the scatter token that Icarus made.)
