Is 1410 is same as 1400 in the official repo i found only 1410 contracts?

ERC 1400 is introduced/proposed in EIP 1411

According to the EIP itself

"This standard (ERC1410) sits under the ERC-1400 (#1411) umbrella set of standards related to security tokens"
