I'm helping Papyrus team with one project - they are making a kind of EOS based on Eth, with clique, delegated stakes and so on. They have now launched an entire set of tools for open testing with their own testnet, a wallet that can make stakes / voting, etc. +there is a gambling application in the form of roulette deployed. Since the roulette's smart contract is supplied by a stake from developers - the call of all functions is free for the end user. Everyone is invited to test and challenge the project, there is a bug bounty!
