How to build the bridge between two different consensus blockchain platform? Is it possible to build the bridge by using DAPPS?
use case:
1.we need to ensure visibility of the transaction in both platforms to assure its integrity
2. When a smart contract is established on one platform, that contract can be referred to, transacted and transferred to the other platform easily and securely

That doesn't make sense, swapping tokens happen at protocol layer,
Both use cases would be valid, best way to achieve it with evm/solidity blockchains is by setting up a Parity bridge

Achieving the consensus in case of multiple decentalized oracles and/or securing the oracles is the tricky part.
