Hey, build something cool, a voting dapp, a wallet, a Nft marketplace, anything cool. Every application comes with a new concept so learning never stops but when you create a couple dapps end to end, you are good to call yourself a blockchain dapp dev
Blockchain dev can be a lot of things, people expect blockchain devs to be able to create exchanges, dapps, marketplaces, games, protocols and even new blockchains. So the learning never stops. But once you understand the fundamentals to the core, it just all comes together.
