One Question to truffle test.

I want to have always a new Instance of the Contract on every test (it ()). Thats normal or not?
The common way what i have seen is to use the beforeEachTest Hook where u can return a new fresh instance of your contract
return Contract.new()

I have the problem that i cant call methods on this instance. only when i use return Contract.deployed() i can use methods.

Any idea here?
