I am looking to transform the personal loan industry through trusted microcredits based on Blockchain.

Basically, people can request nanocredits to acquire goods or services through Crypto currencies or Fiat as required by the case and build their credit reputation on a public / private Blockchain.

There is only one problem, I am not a developer but I would like to build an MVP.

Any advice?
