hi guys, is there any good tutorials for solidity somewhere for someone like me who does not have any background in programming?

i am not planning anything big i just want to create a token that i can pass around just to try it, i saw theres a lot of pre coded token out there already, some of them i can just copy and paste, but i just want to have like a basic understanding of how it really works
