Is there a ~one hour video presentation that covers the basics of TON and what a dev needs to know walking into the ecosystem?

I need coverage of TONs version of basic stuff that you’d normally do on eth (make contract calls, poll for data, deploy contracts) but also an explanation of how sharding applies IRL, asynchronous contract architecture etc…
