I cant send my tokens in chain ton to another wallet.

i have tonk tonkens. i have them in trustwallet. but i cant import this wallet to another ton wallet because it has 12 words and the others have 24. moreover, I cant see my tokens in trustwallet. i see they are there in the ton explorer scan. but i cant dl anything with them. i need help
