Means that you try to execute more than 255 actions in one transaction.

but i am sending 1 token and message every 30 second
and i am getting response from transaction but some wallet not received token. it is because ton overloading?
when i check the transaction its says pending. so when one transaction is pending then other transaction failed while first was pending?
